How to refer someone:
- Tell your friend to contact us by phone, email or stop by our store. Make sure to tell them to mention your name so you get credit for the referral.
- Contact us yourself by phone or email and give us the name of your referral. We'll contact them for you.
- You or your referral can complete a referral form at the checkout counter during a visit to our store.

Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
- A Qualifying Referral is defined as the first purchase made at Bona Pools and Spas by the referee or a previous customer who has no previous purchases as of April 2007. The referring customer will be issued a gift card after the referred customer's initial purchase. Cancelled orders are not considered Qualifying Referrals. There are no limits as to the number of qualified referrals that can be made to Bona Pools & Spas.
- Henry Bona Pools and Spas reserves the right to close any account which at its sole discretion is deemed to have defrauded or attempted to defraud the Customer Referral Program or to have violated any of these terms and conditions or any governmental regulation.
- Henry Bona Pools and Spas may at its sole discretion cancel or change the conditions of the Customer Referral Program.
*Retail store referral is defined as the first complete free water analysis and purchase of recommended chemicals made at Bona Pools and Spas.
