Henry Bona Pools & Spas has been a part of Morris County since 1960. More than six decades in business, built entirely on the strength of the people behind it — the team members who show up, do the work right, and treat every customer the way they’d want to be treated themselves. Who We Are
We’re a family-owned, full-service pool company. We build pools, we service them, we renovate them, we sell the products people need to maintain them, and we install hot tubs and outdoor living spaces. It’s a broad business, and it takes a team with a wide range of skills to run it well.
What holds us together isn’t just what we do — it’s how we do it. We have high standards for quality and communication. We expect our team members to follow through on what they say they’ll do. And we try to create an environment where people can actually build a career, not just hold a job.
What We Look For
We hire for character first. Skills matter and we’ll teach what we need to, but the things that are harder to teach — reliability, honesty, a genuine desire to do good work — those are what we look for most.
Experience in the pool industry is a plus, but it isn’t required for every role. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to put in the work, we can train the rest.

Not for every role. Some positions require technical experience, but others are open to people who are new to the industry and willing to learn. We'll be upfront in any listing about what experience is required for that specific role.
We have both seasonal and year-round positions. Demand is highest in the spring and summer months, but we also have year-round needs in service, retail, and other areas. Indicate your availability when you apply and we'll keep that in mind.

Our base of operations is at 878 Route 46 in Kenvil, NJ. Many of our service and construction roles involve working at customer locations throughout Morris County.
