Kristina Morgan
Kristina is our Accounts Manager who has been a part of the Bona team since 1994. She oversees every aspect of the business, including customer accounts, communications, and employee relations.
Caryn Cavallaro
Caryn joined Bona Pools in 2011 bringing with her over 20 years of retail experience. As the store manager she keeps our store running smoothly, working both on the floor and behind the scenes to ensure your visit is a pleasant one.
Dean Campiglia
Dean joined the Bona family in 2013. With 20 years experience in the pool service industry, he performs water tests, sells hot tubs, troubleshoots problems, & offers knowledge in the parts department.
Anna Pelaez
Anna has been part of Bona Pools since 2016. She works on the retail floor and at our lab, testing pool and spa water. Anna is a valuable sales representative.

Hank Bona
With over 30 years of experience, Hank leads our seasoned crew in every aspect of the job. He is the face of the company, meeting with new and potential customers and helping them turn their backyard vision into a reality. Hank started working with Bona Pools in 1984 and with his business acumen, professional demeanor, and friendly personality he has grown and expanded Bona Pools and Spas every year.
Rich Smith
Rich is our Maintenance Manager who has been with Bona Pools since 1996. He runs our award-winning Seasonal Maintenance department and helps oversee the Service team. He is the familiar, friendly face to our maintenance customers, they rely on Rich to maintain and repair pools and spas.
Jason Baldwin
Jason has been with Bona Pools since 2000. As our service manager, he has experience in building pools, installing new liners, repairing and installing equipment, opening and closing pools, spa repairs, and more. Jason is our go-to guy when we need to solve a service problem.
John Dalrymple
After 20+ years working with Bona Pools as an independent contractor, John made the jump and joined the Bona family full time in 2011. John oversees and runs our hardscaping department, helping with outdoor sales and pool construction. His insight with design is invaluable when creating a backyard living space.
Cody Spellmon
Cody has been with us since 2014. With a background in construction, Cody has taken a hands-on approach to the pool industry. He works with opening and closing pools, installing new pools, replacing liners, vacuuming pools and more.
John Valente
John has been with Bona Pools since 2010. While he began in the seasonal maintenance department, he has branched out to all aspects of the job. John has experience in pool openings and closings, liner replacement, equipment repair, and replacement, new pool construction, and more.
Matt Valente
Matt has been with Bona Pools since 2014. In the seasonal maintenance department, he is charged with keeping homeowner’s pools clean, clear, and safe to swim in week after week.
Raudel Ramos
Raudel has been with Bona Pools since 2012. He works as a construction foreman in the hardscaping department, helping with pool construction and building decks, patios, and retaining walls.
Steve Springer
Steve has been a part of Bona Pools since 2015. He works outside with the hardscape department, helping with pool construction as a heavy equipment operator and hardscape installations.
Miguel Meza
Miguel has been a part of the Bona team since 2013. He works in our hardscaping department, helping with pool construction, building retaining walls and pool patios.
Louis Vasquez
Louis has been part of our maintenance department since 2018. Louis brings with him 3 years of industry experience. You will see him in your yard vacuuming your pool and cleaning your spa.
Mel Oliva
Mel joined the team in 2018 in our maintenance department. His dedication and eagerness to learn has made him a valuable team member quickly. He will be at your house to open and winterize your pool. He is also part of the team that will be out weekly to maintain your pool water.
Alfredo Velasco-Carino
Alfredo joined the Bona Pools team in 2019. He works in the hardscape department, helping with pool construction, building retaining walls and pool patios.
